Buying at Pieretti Jewelry is very simple. Just follow these steps:
• Choose the product category.
• View the product(s) you're interested in. Click to enlarge the photo to see the details, composition, technical specifications, available sizes, reference number, price, and more information.
• Select a product and add it to your cart. You can then choose to continue shopping or confirm your order. Enter the shipping information for the delivery location.
• Select a payment method: The customer must pay the total amount of their order by credit card, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, or bank transfer.
• Confirm the order.
• You'll receive an email confirming your order, and another when it's shipped, along with a tracking link so you can check its status.

Do you take international orders?

Yes, all international orders are shipped via DHL or any other selected carrier. Estimated shipping times after order processing vary by country and customs procedures.

All transactions are considered complete when Pieretti Joyas verifies that the package has been shipped via DHL or any other carrier selected and receives an international shipping confirmation number, which will be emailed to the customer. Once the tracking code has been sent, the customer should contact their local post office for further information on the status of the package. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs, customs taxes, and other charges that may be incurred with international shipping.

Please note that for the following countries: Egypt, Iran, Turkey, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Syria, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Jordan, Palestine, Lebanon, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Cyprus, the estimated shipping time via DHL cannot be guaranteed, and delivery may take up to four months. We are not responsible for delivery delays. We recommend choosing another shipping method.

What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

We offer the following payment methods:

When you select any of these options, you will receive an email with Pieretti Joyas' payment information along with your order confirmation.

It's very important that you include the order number and your first and last name in the subject line when making your payment, and that you do so within three days of the order confirmation date so we can validate it.

If you wish, you can send us the receipt or proof of payment to info@pierettijoyas.com. In any case, the order will not be considered complete until our administration department receives bank confirmation of payment.
Please note that all exchange and bank fees are your responsibility. You have one business day to complete your transfer.

If you are using a bank transfer, it is very important that you always inform your bank when ordering the transfer so that they can cover any applicable fees, bank charges, and other costs. Otherwise, Pieretti Joyas may delay shipping your order if it does not receive the full amount.

How is the order processed?

Shipping time varies depending on the quantity and availability of the items chosen.

Items that are not in stock at the time the order is processed will ship as soon as they are available again. (Generally 1-7 business days). Business days do not include weekends, holidays, or any special circumstances where we are unable to ship due to reasons beyond our control, such as natural or health events.

Please note that Pieretti Jewelry cannot always guarantee the availability of our items. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock or backordered, we will notify you by email.

When a high volume of orders is received, it may take approximately 1 to 3 additional business days to process an order.

Purchased items that take longer than 1-7 business days to become available will be refunded to the payment method used to make the purchase.

A confirmation email with shipping and tracking information will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped.

Pieretti Joyas is not responsible for errors in the shipping address provided. The customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees in this situation.

What do you do in case of loss?

All Pieretti Jewelry items are purchased under a shipment contract with a shipping company. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges of any kind.
How long does it take to prepare orders?

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 48 hours of purchase. All orders placed between 12:00 pm (GMT -4) on Friday and 11:59 pm (GMT -4) on Sunday will be processed the following business day.

What are the Exchange and Return Policies?

Pieretti Joyas only sells items in perfect condition. If, exceptionally, an item arrives in poor condition, you must follow the following procedure:
• Contact us by sending an email to info@pierettijoyas.com, including the subject line "Damaged Merchandise," and explaining the situation in detail. You must contact Pieretti Joyas within 24 hours of receiving the package to report the damage.
• After Pieretti Joyas receives the email and the return or exchange is approved, the customer will receive an email with return instructions.
• Once the customer has received the email with the instructions, they have 3 days to send the product to the address indicated by Pieretti Joyas.
• Pieretti Joyas will not be responsible for collecting the product. Return costs will be borne by the customer, unless the item is defective, in which case Pieretti Joyas will be responsible.
• In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Therefore, to avoid shipping issues, please ensure the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check its condition and send you an email to let you know we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
• If approved, the refund will be issued via bank transfer, PayPal, or the original payment method. Up to a maximum of 15 days after receipt.
• Only regular-priced items will be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Do you deliver online orders to the store?

Deliveries of online orders to stores will be made directly to Pieretti Joyas or authorized stores, as listed on the website. Shipping to any delivery address is available. In these cases, the product collection period will be 15 days; after this period, the product will be returned to the warehouse and the amount will be refunded.

The risks of the Products will be assumed by the customer from the moment of delivery.

The customer will acquire ownership of the products upon receipt of full payment of all amounts owed in connection with them, including shipping costs.
What is the pricing policy?

Pieretti Joyas reserves the right to update item prices at any time and without prior notice.

In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typo or pricing error, Pieretti Joyas reserves the right to cancel orders placed for such incorrectly priced items.

Are items in limited availability?

Pieretti Joyas may limit the number of items purchased through our website.
What warranty do the items have?

All Pieretti Jewelry items come with a three-month warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty only applies in cases where there is a manufacturing defect and the damage was not caused by misuse. What happens if I want to change my delivery address?

Once your order has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot make any address changes.



Can I cancel my order?

Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order, please immediately email us at info@pierettijoyas.com, notifying us of your order cancellation and the reason for it, and we will do our best to assist you.
How should I care for my pieces?

Follow these 4 simple steps to keep your pieces looking their best.

AVOID direct contact with beauty products such as perfumes, hairsprays, deodorants, and makeup.
ALWAYS remove your pieces before swimming, bathing or showering.
TO CLEAN use a jewelry towel or soft cloth dampened with mild soap, avoid harsh detergents and never use jewelry cleaners on fashion pieces.
STORE each piece separately. The best way to store your necklaces is to hang them.
We are committed to producing superior quality jewelry. However, Pieretti Joyas does not guarantee that gold- or silver-plated pieces will last forever; they are more fragile and may lose their color over time. The speed at which gold plating fades or discolors will depend on the skincare chemicals used, the level of perspiration, or even your skin's natural pH.

What material are the pieces made of?

Bronze is the base metal used for most pieces, then plated with 18-karat gold or sterling silver.
