Buying at Pieretti Joyas is very simple. You just have to follow the following steps:

  • Choose the product category.
  • View the product/s you are interested in. Through a click, you will get an enlargement of the photograph to see the detail, composition, technical characteristics, available sizes, reference, price and more additional information.
  • Select a product and add it to the basket. You can then choose: continue shopping or confirm the order. Enter the shipping information where you want us to send the order.
  • Select a payment method: The customer must pay the total value corresponding to his order through credit card, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo or Bank transfer
  • Confirm the order.
  • You will receive an email confirming your order, and another at the time of shipment, along with a tracking link so you can check its status.

How is the order processing?

When receiving a high volume of orders it may take approximately 1-3 additional business days to process an order.

Purchased items that take more than the period of 1 to 7 business days to be available again will be refunded in the form of payment that the purchase was made.

A confirmation email with shipping and tracking information will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped.

Pieretti Joyas is not responsible for errors in the shipping address provided. The customer will have to pay any forwarding charges in this situation.

What is done in case of loss?

All Pieretti Jewelry items are purchased under a shipping contract with a carrier. This means that risk of loss and title to such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Do you do international orders?

Yes, all international orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, Fedex or any other that is selected. Estimated shipping times after order processing vary by country and customs clearance.

All transactions are considered complete when Pieretti Joyas verifies that the package has been sent via DHL, Ups, Fedex or any other that is selected and receives an international shipping confirmation number which will be sent to the customer via email. Once the tracking code has been sent, the customer must contact the local post office for more information on the status of the package. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs, customs taxes and other charges that may be incurred in international shipping.

International orders are not eligible for return or exchange of any kind.

 

How long does it take to prepare the orders?

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

On weekdays, orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase. All orders placed between 12:00 PM (GMT -4) on Friday and 11:59 PM (GMT -4) on Sunday will be processed the next business day.

What are the Exchange and Return Policies?

Pieretti Joyas only sells items in perfect condition, if exceptionally an item arrives in poor condition, you must follow the following procedure:

  • Contact us by sending an email to info@pierettijoyas.com with the title “DAMAGED MERCHANDISE” and explain the situation in detail. You must contact Pieretti Joyas within 24 hours of receiving the package to report damage.
  • After receiving the email by Pieretti Joyas and the return or exchange is approved, the customer will receive an email with the return instructions.
  • When the customer has received the mail with the instructions, he has 3 days to send the product to the address indicated by Pieretti Joyas.
  • Pieretti Joyas will not be responsible for collecting the product. The customer will be responsible for the return costs, as long as it is not due to a defect in the piece, in which case Pieretti Joyas will be responsible.
  • In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, to avoid transport problems, please ensure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check your status and write you an email to notify you that we have received your return, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then the refund of the amount will be made by bank transfer, Paypall or original method of payment. Up to a maximum of 15 days after receipt
  • Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Do you deliver online orders in store?

Deliveries of online orders in store will be made directly at the establishments of Pieretti Joyas or those authorized, which certain appear on the web page. In these cases there will be no possibility of opting for delivery to any delivery address. Pieretti Joyas reserves the right to update the prices of items at any time and without notice.

What warranty do the items have?

All Pieretti Jewelry items are guaranteed for 3 months from the date of delivery of the order. The guarantee will only apply in those cases in which there is a manufacturing defect, and the damage has not been caused by misuse. Can I cancel my order?

Follow these 4 simple steps to keep your pieces in good condition.

  • TO CLEAN use a jewelry towel or soft cloth dampened with a mild soap, avoid harsh detergents and never use jewelry cleaner on fashion pieces.
  • STORE each piece separately. The best way to store your necklaces is to hang them.

We are committed to producing superior quality jewelry. Nevertheless; Pieretti Joyas does not guarantee that gold or silver plated pieces will last forever, they are more fragile and can lose their color over time. The rate at which the gold plating fades or fades will depend on the chemicals used for skin care, the level of perspiration, or even the natural pH of your skin.
