Delivery Express — Greater Caracas
Available in eligible areas of Chacao, Baruta, El Hatillo and Sucre (Miranda) only.
Express delivery is subject to confirmation of coverage, courier availability and address accessibility. Delivery within 2 hours or less is estimated after service and address confirmation.
If your location cannot be served, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method.

US$5 for orders under US$120.
Free shipping on orders of US$120 or more.

Orders fulfilled from our Florida distribution center are shipped via UPS.
Standard UPS Shipping: US$8.50.

Europe — Spain, France, Italy & Portugal
DHL International Shipping
For a limited promotional period, Pieretti offers reduced DHL shipping rates for orders delivered to Spain, France, Italy and Portugal.

Duties & Taxes

Dominican Republic
Orders are shipped from Caracas via DHL.
Standard DHL shipping: US$45 for orders under US$120; US$35 for orders from US$120 to US$199.99.
Free shipping on qualifying orders of US$200 or more.
Estimated delivery: up to 10 business days following dispatch, subject to carrier and customs processing.
Import duties and taxes may apply depending on the shipping terms confirmed for the order.

Pieretti offers DHL shipping to selected international destinations.

Delivery times depend on the destination and customs procedures.
Unless otherwise confirmed, applicable import charges are the customer's responsibility.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared according to product availability and the fulfillment location assigned to your destination.
We aim to prepare available items within 1–2 business days. Additional processing time may be required during periods of high demand or for items requiring preparation.
If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will contact you with an updated estimate and available options.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details when supported by the carrier.
Delivery estimates exclude unexpected customs delays, public holidays and circumstances beyond the carrier's control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Returns and exchanges are subject to our published Returns & Exchanges Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
If you receive damaged merchandise, contact info@pierettijoyas.com within 24 hours of delivery, whenever possible, with your order details and photographs.
International return eligibility and shipping responsibilities vary according to the destination.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact info@pierettijoyas.com as soon as possible.
Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has been dispatched. Applicable statutory cancellation and return rights remain unaffected.
Warranty & Product Care
Pieretti jewelry includes a limited 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, without affecting any mandatory statutory warranties.
Damage resulting from misuse, accidents or improper care is not covered by the limited warranty.
